The orchards of the Minett UNESCO Biosphere
With the support of the local authorities, the Minett UNESCO Biosphere has drawn up an inventory of communal orchards where picking is allowed.
Our aim is to
• Encourage everyone to pick or harvest these local, high-quality foods free of charge.
• Promote the fruit and the products made from it.
• Learn more about the fruits and orchards of the Minett Biosphere Reserve.
• Support local associations in planning and organising collective picking.
• Protect and preserve orchards and their surroundings as an integral part of urban green spaces.
