Available subsidies

The diagram below shows the subsidies available and how they can be combined. We’ll take you through an illustrative example to help you understand how you can benefit.

 

Checklist – Heat pump

 

Here’s how you can proceed with your project:

 

1. Contact a Klima-Agence advisor to get information about the steps of your project. Then, schedule an appointment for a free home consultation or a phone consultation at 8002 11 90.

 

2. Reach out to an installer to assess your situation and request a quote:

              • Ask your preferred installer

 

3. Request a free verification from Klima-Agence to check if your quote is eligible for subsidies and to get information about all procedures and available subsidies.

 

4. If necessary, apply for a building permit from your municipality (see table I).

 

5. Apply for a super-reduced 3 % VAT subsidy (A) from the Administration of Registration, Domains, and VAT or via your installer (for homes at least 10 years old)

6. Pre-finance the heat pump’s installation

 

7. After the heat pump is installed, apply for subsidies:

              •  Submit your Klimabonus subsidies (B1 + B2 + B3) application on MyGuichet.lu or by mail:

                          →  Form 1: click here

              •  Apply for the supplier’s subsidy from enoprimes (via SUDenergie or Enovos) or the Sudstroum support program (E)

              •  After receiving the Klimabonus subsidies (B1 + B2 + B3), apply for the Topup social (C) and the municipal subsidies (D)
