WORKSHOPS AT THE AU GOÛT DU TERROIR
Where does our food come from? How can we eat sustainably? Why is it important that we look at our eating habits?
These questions will be answered at the regional market “Au Goût du Terroir” in a series of interesting workshops.

SHOWCOOKING

Three well-known chefs from Luxembourg invite you to take part in a show cooking. Yves Radelet from the restaurant “La Ferme de Drauffelt” will kick off these cooking shows on Friday 30 September at 17:00 and 18:30.
On Saturday 1 October, you can enjoy the cooking skills of Kenny Dubourg, chef at the restaurant “L’Endroit” in Wiltz, who can be seen cooking three times, at 11:30, 14:30 and 17:30.
On Sunday, 2 October, Ben Weber, head chef of the “Gudde Kascht” restaurant in Haller, will show his talent behind the pots. Experience his showcooking at 11:00 am, 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

TASTING

You can also taste many of the regional products on display at the “Au Goût Du Terroir” market this weekend.
The “Lëlljer Gaart” offers a liqueur tasting. This will take place on Friday at 5 pm at the start of the market.
Regional and international wine will be offered for tasting on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday at 1:00 pm, you can discover the wines of the Kox winery from Remich. At 4:00 pm, the D.O.P. Cebreros will present itself, a small wine region of Spain covering 470 hectares of the Spanish province of Castilla y León.
The “Cantina Di Venosa” winery will present its best bottles at 1:00 pm on Sunday, and if you have never drunk Polish wine before, you can get to know the best wines of the “Winnica Wieliczka” winery at 4:00 pm on Sunday.
That not all water is the same, will be demonstrated in four workshops offered by H2Only on Saturday at 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm and on Sunday at the same times.
A gin and spirit tasting on Saturday at 4:00 pm and a coffee cupping on Sunday at 4:00 pm will round off the tastings offered during the weekend.
WORKSHOPS

The story of taste, prepared for curious young visitors to the regional market, will be told three times over the weekend. “D’Rommel Bommel – eng Schmaachgeschicht” in Luxembourgish will be presented on Saturday and Sunday at 1:00 pm. The French version of the story is on the programme on Saturday at 2:30 pm.
Fermentation to avoid food waste is the content of BENU’s workshop, which will take place on Saturday and Sunday at 11:30 am and 1:30 pm respectively.
