Objectives

• Understand the concept of responsible communication in the events sector, the different methods of communication and their impacts • Identify more sustainable alternatives • Improve your practices and highlight them to the public

Programme

Together, we will examine your constraints in terms of communication, target audiences and deadlines, as well as the communication tools you currently use (posters, flyers, social media, newsletters, etc.).

We will seek to identify the potential climate impacts of these tools and explore practical, straightforward ways to reduce the carbon footprint of your communications as much as possible while taking your constraints into account.

These approaches include: reducing printed materials, choosing more environmentally friendly materials, sharing tools and resources and highlighting sustainable initiatives to the public.
