- Identify sources of waste when organising an event
- Implement waste reduction measures
Programme
A presentation of the concept of the circular economy and what waste management can contribute to this economy (deposit systems, sorting, prevention, etc.).
Then, in groups, you will identify the main sources of waste (catering, materials, logistics, etc.) that events can generate, as well as your constraints in this area and the problems encountered.
You will explore concrete alternatives or practical solutions that can be implemented, such as:
- reusable tableware
- deposit systems
- waste sorting
- shared use of equipment
