MiNELL - Minett Natur an Ëmwelt Léier Lab Workshop

In the nature of Ellergronn, we discover and collect herbs and plants that grow in spring.
Together with the herbalist Christiane Laures, we learn to identify them and cook with them to create a variety of taste experiences.
At the end of the activity, we eat together the dishes we have just created with ingredients from the forest.
Part of the workshop takes place in the forests of Ellergronn. Therefore, remember to wear sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
